Our mission is simple: eliminate the administrative burden from pet care businesses — so owners, staff, and teams can focus entirely on the animals and the customers they serve.

Rooted in Real Industry Experience
Our roots go back to 2019, when we launched Petotum — a platform that grew to serve tens of thousands of pet parents and hundreds of pet businesses across Malaysia. That experience gave us a deep, ground-level understanding of where pet businesses lose time, revenue, and energy to manual processes.
In 2025, we took everything we learned and rebuilt — this time with AI at the core. GoPet AI is the result: a platform designed not just to manage a pet business, but to continuously automate it.
